Yeah, it was a little chilly on the day we went out. You can feel it in this photo. This home isn't for sale but I have an idea about what range it would be in if it was. I'll be posting about a home I LOVE that has been on the market for over a year and is new construction. This home would be pretty close to that. It's pretty spectacular up close.

This is a FSBO and if you're techy and can zoom in on the number feel free to give them a call. I almost did. There are 2 adjacent lots for sale across the bay from this one and I know what they're asking. So I'm sure this one will be pretty darn close to what those lots are asking. Here's a hint. It's over $500,000.
