Yeah, it was a little chilly on the day we went out. You can feel it in this photo. This home isn't for sale but I have an idea about what range it would be in if it was. I'll be posting about a home I LOVE that has been on the market for over a year and is new construction. This home would be pretty close to that. It's pretty spectacular up close.
I wouldn't give a dime over $2.3 million. The 3 levels just too hard for those of us over 45.
